If you are a first-time attendee:

1. Please send a 3-minute video presenting your church or business no later than January 30th, 2026, to the Woodlands Church Media Team using the email gkpn2026@wc.org.
2. We will create a login on the GKPN app for you to upload your photo and bio.

If you are already a GKPN member, you should use our GKPN App to manage your photo, bio and update your contact information. Please contact Amelia if you have any questions using the email ameliadantas.csgc@gmail.com

Extra Nights Accommodation

If you are planning to arrive earlier, or stay beyond our meeting dates, the hotel is offering the same negotiated rate, which includes both lodging and breakfast for two guests. Please note that the process for booking extra nights is different this year. We encourage you to read the hotel's instructions below carefully, and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Reservations:
When booking your stay, please reserve your full stay - including both event dates and any extra nights. The price summary will show the total cost, which includes the three nights covered by your GKPN registration: March 10, 11, and 12.

You will be responsible for any nights outside of these dates, and payment will be due at check-in, when you present a valid credit card. Note: the card used for the reservation will not be charged in advance.

Notes from the GKPN Team:

1. Room Selection: While the Hyatt link may display a "child" option or list two beds, please remember that the GKPN meeting is intended for couples or two adults per room. Unfortunately, we were unable to remove this default setting from the booking platform.
2. Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy shown on the Hyatt link applies only to extra night reservations. For GKPN registration refunds, the cancellation deadline is January 10, 2026. After this date, refunds will no longer be available.

Please check on the website of the US Consulate or Embassy in your country. If you need an invitation letter for VISA purpose, please contact Amelia Dantas at ameliadantas.csgc@gmail.com and Pr. Chance Park at cpark@wc.org, attaching a copy of your passport.

Your spouse is very welcome at any GKPN meeting. Your adult child, 18 years old and older who is already in the process of being trained to be the next generation leader of your business or church, is also very much welcome.

GKPN is a closed organic network for strategic Christian leaders, with individual participation by invitation only. If you have a friend whom you think would fit the network DNA, please do not issue an invitation to them to join the network by yourself. Inform Elias Dantas about that person, indicating the person’s name and a brief description of who that person is and their relationship with the church. Also include the person’s contact information, and the team will consider your referral as a possible new invitation.
